This is Indian Country is a multi-semester project digital cultural map of indigenous community issues worldwide. The iteration of Indian Country for this semester focuses on issues related to land-grab universities and teh Morrill act of 1862. Therefore, shapefiles depicting ceded Indian territory (purple overlays), and parcels of land taken through the Morrill act (zoom in to see the red overlays) were superimposed on the map for this particular project.
